Privacy Policy
The short version: Meus does not collect personal data. The music is made on your iPhone, there is no account, and the app sends nothing about you to us or to anyone else.
Who we are
Meus is made by MADBOTS LIMITED, Hong Kong, the controller for the little personal data this policy covers (mostly emails you send us). Address: Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Email: support@meus.fm.
What the app collects
Nothing. Meus has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no account. What you play, the stations you create, your prompts, likes and dislikes stay on your iPhone. The App Store privacy label for Meus is "Data Not Collected".
Music is made on your iPhone
The music model, Stable Audio 3 Small, is built into the app and runs on your device. Station descriptions and your own prompts are processed on the iPhone and are never sent to a server. Meus works in Airplane Mode.
Data kept on your iPhone
Your settings, liked tracks and custom stations are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer, Apple's backup may include this data under your own Apple Account settings; we can't access it.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your name, email or payment details. Apple gives developers sales reports that don't identify you. Apple's handling of your data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
This website
meus.fm sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party resources: no external fonts, scripts or embeds. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and may keep server logs for a limited time. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
If you write to support@meus.fm, we use your address and message only to answer you. Mail to this address passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox. We delete support emails when they are no longer needed to help you. TODO: retention period and mailbox provider
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR), you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Since the app collects nothing, in practice this only concerns emails you have sent us. Write to support@meus.fm.
Children
Meus doesn't collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with a new effective date. If the app ever starts collecting data, we will say so here and in the App Store privacy label before it happens.
